John D. Famulari

Dominic J. Famulari

Dominic J. Famulari attended Susan Wagner High School and St. John's University where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree summa cum laude in 1994.  He then earned a Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1997 where he was an officer of the Italian American Law Students Association.


In 1997 he joined the Law Office of John D. Famulari to work as a partner with his father.  Dominic is admitted to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey.  


In June of 2011 he was sworn in as the President of the Columbian Lawyers Association of Brooklyn.  In May of 2017 Dominic was installed as the President of the Catholic Lawyers Guild of Brooklyn.  Additionally, he is an Officer in the Bay Ridge Lawyers Association.  Dominic is also a participating member of the Staten Island Women's Bar Association and the Brooklyn Bar Association.


Dominic presented a CLE to the Bay Ridge Lawyers Association in January of 2013 entitled "How To Be a Guardian Ad Litem In Surrogate's Court" and a CLE to the Brooklyn Bar Association in June of 2013 on Real Estate Contracts.  He also presented two (2) sessions at the 2017 Judicial Institute Summer Seminar on serving as a Guardian Ad Litem in Surrogate's Court.  Most recently, he presented a CLE to the Staten Island Women's Bar Association on  serving as a Guardian ad Litem in Surrogate's Court, as well as handling Probate Matters.


Dominic has served as a Guardian ad Litem, Referee, Court Evaluator, and other Part 36 Appointee in several hundred matters in Kings and Richmond Counties.
